Dr. AlRayes has almost 20 years of experience in various professional capacities, including investment banking and direct investment. He has held leadership positions in financial institutions and served on the boards of numerous companies. He has also been a member of executive and advisory committees for public and private institutions in several sectors. He has held several leading positions in major companies in Saudi Arabia, including CEO of Arab Petroleum Investments Company. He earned a PhD and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management & Business Research Methods, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford in the UK and a Bachelor's Degree in Islamic Economics from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University.

Prior to joining 3D Systems, from 2012 to May 2020, he served as CEO, President and Director of MTS Systems Corporation, a global supplier of test, simulation, and measurement systems. From 2005 until 2012, he served as President and CEO of C&D Technologies, Inc. He also held leadership roles with Kemet Corporation as Chief Operating Officer (2001-2003) and CEO (2003 to 2005). Previously he held a number of leadership and technical roles with GE, Rockwell Automation and Howmet Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from Purdue University. He also holds a master’s degree and PhD in metallurgical engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has been recognized with the distinguished alumni award from both universities. He is also a master black belt in six sigma.

Reji Puthenveetil is the Executive Vice President of 3D Systems Industrial Solutions business unit. He joined the company in October 2020. Prior to his role with 3D Systems, Reji spent more than 25 years as a management consultant helping companies across multiple industries design a clear strategy for growth and ensuring organizational capability and alignment for execution. Reji received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Wingate College and a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University.

Faisal A. Al-Tubayyeb brings more than 13 years of experience in the fields of Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestments, and Portfolio Management. Mr. Al-Tubayyeb is currently the Investments Director at Dussur responsible for business development, execution, and portfolio management of opportunities within the Industrial Metals sector. In addition to his representation at NAMI’s board, he is also a Board Member for SAMI Dussur Aeronautics. Other than his experience at HSBC in London doing Oil and Gas M&A Advisory and his period at Braemar Energy Ventures in New York City executing venture capital investments in high growth start-ups, his career has been primarily at Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. His previous role was Head of the Commercial Division under the New Business Development arm of Saudi Aramco before joining Dussur. He has a BSc in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston and a Masters in Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid and Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
